Treatment for Brain
Surgical treatment of the following disorders

Brain Tumours (glioma, meningioma, pituitary adenoma, vestibular schwannoma, intraventricular tumours, craniopharyngioma, metastases): Craniotomies and resection, Skull base approaches, Awake Craniotomy
Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery: Pituitary tumours, Skull base tumours, CSF rhinorrhea repairs
Head Injury (Neurotrauma): craniotomy, lobectomy, intracranial pressure monitoring.
Movement Disorders (Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, dystonia): Deep brain stimulation and lesionectomies
Epilepsy (Adult & Pediatric): amygdalohippocampectomy, lesionectomy, hemispherectomy, vagal nerve stimulatiors, resection of hypothalamic hamartoma and corpus callosotomy
Vascular Disorders (Aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, cavernoma, Moyamoya disease, caritocavernous fistula): craniotomy and clipping, endovascular procedures coiling, resections, extracranial to intracranial bypass
Stroke: Carotid endarterectomy, decompressive craniectomy
Trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, intractable tinnitus and hemifacial spasm: Microvascular decompression
Hydrocephalus: Endoscopic third ventriculostomy, ventriculoperitoneal shunts, ventriculoatrial and ventriculopleural shunts
CNS infections (Pyogenic abscess, fungal infections,cysticercosis and tuberculous abscess): Excision

Treatment for Spine

Spinal Degenerative Disorders (intervertebral disc prolapse, spondylosis, spinal stenosis): decompression, discectomy with or without instrumentation, disc replacement
Craniovertebral Junction Disorders (Atlantoaxial dislocation, Basilar Invagination, Chiari Malformations): Craniovertebral junction realignment surgeries, transoral procedures, foramen magnum decompression

Spasticity (multiple sclerosis, post spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy): Intrathecal baclofen pumps

Well equipped operation theaters with modern microscopes, high speed drill systems, neuroendoscopes and ultrasonic surgical aspirators
Facilities for intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring like SSEP, MEP, cortical and white matter stimulation and cranial nerve monitoring for complex cases
Awake craniotomy for lesions located near eloquent brain
Electrophysiological monitoring for epilepsy surgeries including corticograms, surface grid electrodes and depth electrodes for location of epileptic foci
Facilities for intrathecal drug delivery systems for treatment of pain and spasticity
Well equipped neurosurgical intensive care unit with trained nurses, modern ventilators, monitors and intracranial pressure monitoring systems
